Put simply, once you've seen digital TV you never want to go back to analogue - we understand this completely.

That's why we'll give you a free Healing digital set top box to use while your box is being looked at under warranty.

There are a few conditions though:

1. You must have bought the box from us originally, and you must contact us before you drop off your box.

2. You must return your box to our showroom at 91 Riviera Rd Avondale Heights in person.

3. You must collect the Healing box we agree to loan you in person (this is done at the same time you drop off your box).

4. You must return the Healing box we agree to loan you when you pick up your original box from our showroom.

5. You must take good care of the loan box.

There is absolutely NO cost whatsoever to use this service from Hantrex. We'll ensure that your box is fixed as soon as possible and will notify you immediately once it is available for pick up from our showroom.

This service is only available to Hantrex customers that drop off and pick up their box from our showroom. We can't offer this for interstate customers, or customers that courier/mail their boxes to us.
